Registration for NWIAPM 2026, hosted by the Department of Pathology, PGIMS Rohtak in collaboration with the Regional Society of Pathologists – IAPM (Haryana Chapter), is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
All registration fees paid for NWIAPM 2026 are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of the reason for non-attendance, including personal, professional, medical, or travel-related circumstances.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, venue, or program content without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen or force majeure circumstances, the decision of the organizing committee shall be final, and no refund claims shall be entertained.
Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for conference-related communication and administrative purposes.
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny participation without refund in case of misconduct.
Completion of the registration process implies full acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
