General guidelines for oral paper/ poster presentation
  • All the delegates presenting oral paper/ poster must reach the designated place as per the list uploaded on the website and contact the coordinator of the designated place to check about their presentation (preferably 30 minutes before presentation).
  • Oral presentation will be in Hall A (1st floor) and Hall B (2nd floor). Poster presentation will be on first floor (Screen 1-3) and second floor (Screen 4-6).
  • Duration of each presentation for oral paper / poster is 5 + 2 minutes (5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion). All the presenters must adhere to the allotted time slot and duration of presentation.
  • The poster presentation should be made as per the template provided in a single slide format. The screen size is 52 inches.
  • Kindly refer to the instructions (Oral papers/Posters) uploaded on the website earlier.
  • All the presenting authors must send their presentation in a file size preferably under 10MB for smooth uploading and viewing experience latest by 2 PM, 3rd April 2026 via email at nwiapmpgims@gmail.com.

Guidelines for abstract structure
  • Conference registration number
  • Title (in CAPITAL LETTERS)
  • Author names and affiliations (underline the presenting author’s name).
  • Presenting author’s full contact details (phone and email).
  • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font
  • Format:
    • ---- For case report and series: Introduction, Objectives, Case Report, Discussion and Conclusion
    • ---- For oral papers: Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
Important Note:
  • E-posters should be original and not submitted/presented at other conferences.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation Format: Posters should be prepared as E-posters in widescreen (landscape) format.
  • Structure:Organise the content under the following headings:
    • Introduction
    • Case Report,Images
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • Design Recommendations
    • Keep text concise and focused—posters are not manuscripts.
    • Use large, legible fonts. All text should be easily readable from a distance.
    • The title should be in a larger font size than the body text.
    • Font recommendation: Times New Roman
    • Use high-resolution images (recommended resolution: 300 dpi) for clarity.
    • Ensure strong contrast between text and background for readability (e.g., dark text on light background).
    • Keep the total file size under 10 MB for a smooth upload and viewing experience.
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
  • All presentations must be in English and Microsoft PowerPoint format.
  • The filename should include the presenter’s name only.
  • The presentation should be under the following headings: Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
  • Time for each paper presentation: 5 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion.
  • Strict adherence to allotted time is mandatory.
  • Any commercial affiliations or conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the presentation’s start.
