General guidelines for oral paper/ poster presentation
Only one abstract to be submitted per candidate for oral paper or poster presentation
Abstract submission closes on 7th March 2026 and must be submitted online.
Registration is mandatory for oral/poster presentation. Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
All the case reports and case series(with <10 cases) will be considered under poster presentations only.
The abstracts submitted will be reviewed, and participants will be informed about their final presentation category (paper/poster).
Abstract must be written in English and not exceed 250 words (excluding title, author names, and affiliations).
Guidelines for abstract structure
Conference registration number
Title (in CAPITAL LETTERS)
Author names and affiliations (underline the presenting author’s name).
Presenting author’s full contact details (phone and email).
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font
Format:
---- For case report and series: Introduction, Objectives, Case Report, Discussion and Conclusion
---- For oral papers: Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
Important Note:
E-posters should be original and not submitted/presented at other conferences.
Guidelines for Poster PresentationFormat: Posters should be prepared as E-posters in widescreen (landscape) format.
Structure:Organise the content under the following headings:
Introduction
Case Report,Images
Discussion
Conclusion
References
Design Recommendations
Keep text concise and focused—posters are not manuscripts.
Use large, legible fonts. All text should be easily readable from a distance.
The title should be in a larger font size than the body text.
Font recommendation: Times New Roman
Use high-resolution images (recommended resolution: 300 dpi) for clarity.
Ensure strong contrast between text and background for readability (e.g., dark text on light background).
Keep the total file size under 10 MB for a smooth upload and viewing experience.
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
All presentations must be in English and Microsoft PowerPoint format.
The filename should include the presenter’s name only.
The presentation should be under the following headings: Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
Time for each paper presentation: 5 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion.
Strict adherence to allotted time is mandatory.
Any commercial affiliations or conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the presentation’s start.
